Secret Santa and End of Year Shared Lunch

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Thank you all so much for a wonderful year - today was great fun - we loved celebrating today with our Secret Santa Gift Giving Ceremony and our shared lunch.

All the best for a fabulous summer holiday with your family and friends. All the best to all the children moving onto Intermediate next year.  You are all tremendous children and I know you will be wonderful leaders next year.

Writing - Innovative Games

For Writing this week Room 21 are looking at Instructional Writing. Our challenge was to look at existing games and understand the purpose, rules and resources needed to play it successfully. In small groups we looked at a variety of games types - physical activity, board games and computer games.

Our challenge is to create an innovative game and teach it to the class. The children might create a whole new games to teach or they can incorporate different rules from a range of games to create a new game.

It will be really interesting to see what each group comes up with.  They were very excited to begin brainstorming and planning their games. And we can't wait to have them present them all to the class.
