Warren Pohatu Inspired Art Work

While learning about how we can care for our environment, it got Room 21 to thinking about all the beautiful and unique native animals we have in New Zealand.  We thought, what better time than now to celebrate these precious animals.  We talked about one of New Zealand's most talent artists Warren Pohatu.  Using his creations as inspiration, we have begun sketching a variety of animals. Check out the pictures below.  They show a great attention to detail and creativity.  If the quality of these draft sketches are anything to go by, the final products will blow you away!
